Our Process
TriviaHub hosts online team engagement events where our professional entertainers facilitate the experience for your team, wherever they are located. Our events are 60-90 minutes and are typically hosted via Zoom.
You can book your next experience with us in less than 2 minutes using our self-service booking tool. Once you’ve submitted your booking, our team takes care of everything from there.
Here’s how it works.
1) Choose Event Size
You’ll start your booking by choosing the event type and size that best fits your group based on your planned number of attendees.
2) Choose DATE AND TIME
You’ll then choose your preferred date and time for the event. We host events in multiple countries on both weekdays or weekends and can take bookings up to 24-hours before the event start.
3) Reserve with credit card
Using our secure portal, you’ll reserve your event using your credit card. Your supplied card will be charged 48 hours before the event starts and you can cancel anytime up to that point to avoid charges. You can also choose to pay upfront while booking or receive an invoice.
4) Supply your details
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your event’s Zoom link and an in-take form to gather details about your participants to make sure we best prepare the event for your group. If there are any questions, one of our staff will reach out to confirm everything.
5) Invite your Team
Your event is now all set and all you need to do is send a meeting invite to your team with your supplied Zoom link. Easy peasy!
6) Attend Event
Your live host will be at the event 15 minutes early, and you and your guests just need to click the Zoom link at the start time and the host will take care of everything for you.
7) Book the next one
We know your group will have a blast and we have multiple event types you can try for your next one, or book a multi-event package for on-going engagement.
