The Zoom room will open 15 minutes early – feel free to join early as well.

We’ll kick-off about 3 minutes after the start time to allow players to join.

The host will walk through some housekeeping items to let teams know how we will play. You can view our housekeeping list here.

The host will then provide the game web link where players will navigate to register for the game and get their bingo cards. Players can register with their real name or create a fun display name to play with. You can see what the website looks like here.

Once all players are registered, we will start bingo play. The host will present the calls onscreen, and players will mark their cards as they match the calls.

Once a player has a completed bingo pattern, they will click the ‘BINGO!’ button and the host will check to verify their card.

If the bingo is confirmed, the host will announce any prizes and then advance the event to the next round. If the bingo is not confirmed, they’ll continue calling for the current round. Gameplay will continue in this manner until all rounds are completed or the event time is up.

The host will wrap-up the event and wish everyone well!

After the event, the organizer will receive a wrap-up email with all of the bingo winners.
